The Canopies has won Residential Development of the Year at The Thames Valley Property Awards 2026. It’s the development’s first award.
That means Greencore’s four most recent developments have all won awards. It’s a milestone for our team and the partners who have helped bring each one to life.
The Canopies brings together 42 Better Than Net Zero homes, including 15 affordable homes, in a development shaped around its mature woodland which is how the site got its name.
