Helen has over 35 years’ experience in the housebuilding sector, with senior roles at Countryside and Crest Nicholson, and later leading transformation and growth at City & Country and Orbit Homes. She also advises boards and serves as a Non-Executive Director at the HBF.

Martin brings strong governance, strategic focus and financial discipline to the business. As one of the original founders, he is passionate about the construction of low carbon housing that is fit for the 21st century.

Liz has vast real estate experience, including 13 years as British Property Federation Chief Executive. Awarded a CBE in 2008 for industry services, she now holds a diverse portfolio on non-executive roles.

James is an Investment Director in M&G’s Catalyst Funds and has been investing at M&G for 10 years. He focuses on investing in impactful growth-stage companies across EMEA.

Zach leads EMEA investments for M&G’s Catalyst Funds and sits on the Investment Committee, focusing on impactful businesses and platforms driving the transition to a sustainable economy.

Alex is an M&G Real Estate Executive board member and Head of UK and Continental European Residential, overseeing multiple active strategies with over £3.7billion of assets across UK Living, UK affordable Housing and EU Living.
