Julia has over 25 years’ experience in housing and development. She is the link between Greencore, Registered Providers and Local Authorities: leading on S106 deals, growing Greencore’s Partnerships Model – securing contracts for Single-Family BTR and affordable housing, mixed tenure schemes.

James joined Greencore with over a decade of sales and marketing experience. In his previous role, he worked for Ssassy Property, our joint venture partner at our award winning development, Springfield Meadows. 

Bev, Head of Customer Service at Greencore, has 20+ years’ experience leading teams and improving customer satisfaction. She has held senior roles at top housebuilders, driving excellence and team growth.

Steve has nearly 20 years’ experience acquiring land for residential development across London and the south-east, with expertise in partnerships, JV’s, asset provisions, and traditional land purchases.

Ness holds a Master of Research in Environmental Science and has built a career in planning authorities and consultancy, promoting ecological, sustainable, low-carbon developments across the UK.

Rodger is an award-winning Sales and Marketing Director with over 35 years’ experience in new homes. A strategic, data-driven leader, he delivers results through teamwork, innovation, and an unwavering focus on the customer journey.

Rob has 14+ years’ experience in offsite manufactured lime-hemp panels, refining manufacturing processes and fostering a strong quality assurance culture. He previously ran the factory at Stewart Milne Timber Systems.

Iain, Head of Commercial & Technical at Greencore, has 35 years’ experience in estimating, cost management, and procurement. He has held senior roles at top housebuilders, showing strong leadership and surveying skills.
