The UK faces both a climate crisis and a housing shortage, demanding urgent action and innovative solutions. Greencore is addressing these needs by delivering homes with exemplary environmental and energy efficiency standards.
Our homes are built using our innovative closed timber frame panel insulated with natural materials. Unlike traditional brick houses, the structure of our homes lock up more carbon than they emit.

Where We Operate
Greencore is based in Oxfordshire and we are currently looking at opportunities across the Midlands and South-East of England. We expect to extend our reach across the whole country in the coming years.
Our Factory
We manufacture our panels in our 30,000 sq. ft. facility in Bicester. We have scaled up production capacity and are able to produce the panels needed for more than 200 homes per year. We expect future factories to have even greater capacity.
The manufacturing method is simple and cost-effective and we are planning to open up additional factories and offices throughout the UK, where we recruit and train workforces locally.

Our History
Greencore was founded in 2013 by environmental entrepreneurs lan Pritchett and Martin Pike. lan designed our Biond panel and extensively tested it with the University of Bath. In 2022, nearly 100 energy efficient, low carbon homes later, M&G Investments acquired a majority stake in the company. This investment has provided the foundations for Greencore Homes to become a national housebuilder.
