Our ambition goes beyond building low-carbon, high-performance homes. We want to create places where people feel connected, have a sense of belonging and can help shape the future of their neighbourhoods.
Plunkett UK supports community-owned businesses across the country, helping local people take ownership of the spaces and services that matter to them. These businesses can bring people together and give communities a direct role in shaping their local area.
Through our membership, we will draw on Plunkett’s experience to explore how community-led spaces, services and infrastructure could be incorporated into our future developments from the outset.
This collaboration complements our approach to delivering Better Than Net Zero homes, recognising that successful places depend on both the quality of their buildings and the connections between the people who live there.
