Greencore Homes wins Small Business of the Year at UK Green Business Awards 2026
Greencore Homes has been named Small Business of the Year at the UK Green Business Awards 2026, announced during London Climate Action Week.
The awards recognise businesses helping to drive the UK’s transition to a more sustainable future. Winning alongside organisations from across different sectors makes this a particularly meaningful achievement for our team.
The judges commented:
“Greencore Homes stood out in another hotly contested category thanks to its impressive track record at the forefront of the UK’s burgeoning green home industry. The judges were won over by the company’s cutting-edge technologies, rapidly expanding project pipeline, and commitment to delivering ‘better than net zero homes’ that combine attractive design with environmental and cost savings.”
The award recognises our approach to combining bio-based building materials, offsite manufacture and energy-efficient design to deliver high-quality homes with low embodied carbon and low energy demand.
Over the past year, we have continued to grow our development pipeline and strengthen our manufacturing capability, while remaining focused on delivering Better Than Net Zero homes and creating places where communities can thrive.
This achievement reflects the work of our colleagues and partners, whose expertise and commitment help turn that ambition into homes for people to live in.
Thank you to BusinessGreen and the judges for this recognition, and congratulations to all the finalists and winners.
