We’re delighted to welcome Julia Harrington to Greencore Homes as Partnerships Lead, working alongside Oliver Luard, Partnerships & Investment Director. This is a new role for Greencore as we continue to scale delivery of Better Than Net Zero homes across the UK.
With over 25 years’ experience in housing and development, Julia brings deep expertise in partnership-led delivery across Local Authorities, Housing Associations and private developers. At Greencore, she’ll focus on disposing our S106 plots to Registered Providers, while also driving forward our Partnerships Model, securing sites and contracts for Single-Family BTR and grant-funded affordable housing.
